It’s highly important to remember that a sleep laboratory will normally be setup in a way that is comfortable for you, and your favorite pillow. While there are some specific rules to follow before coming in for your study you will also be reminded by a scheduling manager (or sometimes a Sleep Technologist) exactly what you need to do to be prepared for your study. For more information about scheduling a sleep study, please contact us or fill out a quiz.
Our laboratory prides itself on serving patients with a one-on-one approach to sleep. There’s no fear of having additional strangers see you in your pajamas. We provide your study in complete privacy, with the utmost care and respect for your fatigue and want to help you answer that ever-searched question: “Why am I so tired”.
